Three examples. Open one on your phone, add it to your home screen, then turn off your data and open it again — that is the part worth seeing.

What it does

• Works with no signal. Once a guest has opened it, the whole thing stays on their phone — prices, hours, your number.
• Installs like an app. Your name and icon sit on their home screen for the rest of the trip. No App Store, nothing to download.
• Guests order from the table. Each table's sticker carries its own number. They tap +, tap send, and the order lands in your WhatsApp saying which table it came from. No app to install, nobody taking a cut.
• You change it yourself. A private editor at your own address: your prices, your photos, your menu, and tonight's sold-out fish in one tap. Send me the file and it is live the same day — or I wire it to a spreadsheet you own and it updates itself, without me.
