Start to finish
Written out because you should be able to see the whole thing before you agree to any of it.
- Look through the toolsToday, and freeEverything marked Live opens on your phone right now — the real thing, not a picture of one. Open three. If none of them is something you actually do every week, stop here; you do not need me.
- Tell me which onesFive minutesWhatsApp, or the form on this site. Say what kind of place you have and which tools caught your eye. If none did, say what you wish existed — that is the more useful message, and it is the one I answer first.
- Fifteen minutes at your counterI come to youI time how long it takes me, as a stranger, to find your prices on my phone. If it is already fast, I tell you so and leave. Nothing is owed for this and there is no second visit to talk you round.
- You say yes, and pay halfHalf now, half at the endNot because I need it first — because a date nobody has paid for is not a date. The other half is due when it is live and working on your own phone, and not before.
- You send me what goes in itAbout an hour, and it is yoursPrices, hours, your WhatsApp number. Photos if you have them. A photo of your printed menu is enough — I type it out. This is the only step that needs your time, and it is the only one I cannot do for you.
- I build itSeven daysYour colours, your type, your photos, your words. Nothing is invented: if you did not tell me a price, the page does not show one.
- You check it before a single guest doesAt your counter, on your phoneChanges at this step are expected and free. This is what the step is for — an owner who is too polite to ask for a change here asks for a refund later.
- Live, with your stickers in your handThe same dayYour own web address — registered in your name, not mine — and printed QR stickers for the tables, the door and the counter. One of them gets scanned with your own phone before I leave. If it does not open, it is not launched.
- You pay the rest. Once. And then never againNo monthly fee, no commission on your orders, nothing on my side that renews. Your domain name renews yearly with the registrar, in your name, and I take no part of it. If I disappear tomorrow your page keeps working, the files are yours, and so is the address.
- You keep changing itFor as long as you want itFour of these tools you edit yourself, on your phone. For the rest you send me the change — a message, a photo of the new board — and it is live the same day. There is no charge for edits, and there is no limit.
What I need from you
All of it fits in one WhatsApp message and a few photos.
- Your prices
- A photo of the printed menu or board is enough.
- Your hours
- Including the day you close, if you close.
- Your WhatsApp number
- The one you actually watch. Orders arrive there.
- Photos, if you have them
- Taken on your phone is fine. If you have none, I shoot the plates when I set it up, and until then the page uses drawings rather than somebody else's food.
- Nothing else
- No logo, no website, no email address, no account, no card.
Taking money, and messages that answer themselves
Two things people ask for in the first conversation. Here is exactly what you get and what I will not pretend to give you.
- Getting paid online — yes, and it is yours
- The tours and diving pages carry a deposit screen showing your own GCash or QR Ph code, which every Philippine banking app scans, plus a card or PayPal link for guests paying from abroad. The money goes from them to you. It never passes through me, there is no percentage, and there is nothing to switch off. Your guest pays, sends you the screenshot on WhatsApp, and that is the booking confirmed.
- A card machine built into the page — no, and here is why
- A real checkout needs a server running every day, which needs a monthly fee to pay for it, which is the one thing this whole product is built against. It would also make me the person your guest argues with about a refund. A QR your guest already knows how to scan does the same job with nothing to break.
- Messages that answer themselves — yes, and it is free
- WhatsApp Business — the free app, the one you probably already have — will send an instant greeting to anyone who messages you first, an away message outside your hours, and saved replies for the questions you type twenty times a week. I set all three up on your phone at handover and it costs nothing, ever. Your first reply happens in three seconds whether you are at the grill or asleep.
- Messages I send on your behalf — no
- Bulk or scheduled sending needs Meta's paid business platform, an approved account and a fee per message. It is a business I would have to bill you monthly for, so I do not offer it.
What it costs
₱15,000 for three tools, ₱8,000 for one.
Your name, your colours, your photos, your prices, printed stickers, and changes after that at no charge. Everything — your trade app and all four of the tools every business needs — is ₱25,000; a tool added later is ₱3,000. Paid once — no monthly fee, no commission, nothing that renews on my side. Your own domain name renews once a year, in your name, paid to the registrar.
