These are our normal rates. Taking it for a week, or bringing it back early? Ask us at the counter — the price is ours to set and we would rather talk about it than lose you.

The rules, in full (9)
  1. I hold a licence that lets me ride this bike, and I will have it with me.
  2. The helmet stays on, for every rider, on every trip. It is the law here.
  3. Only the people named on this form will ride the bike.
  4. Nobody rides it after drinking.
  5. The bike comes back within the hours I paid for — a day is 24 hours from when I ride away. The first hour late is free; after that it is ₱100 for every hour. If I am going to be late I will message before that time, not after.
  6. The fuel comes back at the level it went out.
  7. Damage beyond the photographs we take together at the counter comes out of the deposit.
  8. Parking fines and traffic tickets during the rental are mine.
  9. If the bike is lost or stolen while it is with me, I am responsible for what it is worth.

This is a clear record of what we both agreed, and it is not a contract drafted by a lawyer. Neither of us should pretend otherwise.
