The line across the top
Leave it empty and the line disappears. This is the one you
change most often — tonight's band, today's catch, this week's closure.

What you call it
Guests see the minutes left, counted on your clock, not theirs.
Clear both times to switch it off.

it frees up. Guests tap a free one and it arrives in their message.

Keeping this page
There is no password on this page, and there does not
need to be: everything here is a copy on this phone . Nothing you
change reaches a guest until you tap Save & send and I publish the
file. Somebody who finds this address edits their own copy and changes
nothing of yours.
What matters is that you can find it again. Put
it on your home screen and it is one tap, on a new phone or a year from
now.

Offers and reviews
+ Add an offer
Two or three at most. An offer nobody can still claim is
worse than no offer, so take them down when they end.
Your Google review link
On a computer, search your own business on Google, and in
the review box click Write a review — copy the address that opens.
A Share link from Maps is not the same thing: it opens your listing and
the guest still has to go looking. Leave this blank and no review card
appears at all.

Your bikes
What a guest chooses from: the model and what it costs. The
actual bikes — plates and colours — are further down, because a
guest picks a Click and you hand over a particular one.

What you tell them about it
About your prices
The rates above are your normal ones. This line is where you
say to ask about a week, or about bringing it back early — the price is
yours and the page never adds anything up.
Late, per hour
Hours free before that starts
Helmets with a bike, normally
Your fleet board does this arithmetic for you when a bike comes
back late, and lets you change or clear it. Put the same rule in your rules
below, or a guest has agreed to something they never read.
Your rules
Each one is ticked separately by the guest, and they cannot
send until every one is ticked. Then they type their name under them.
+ Add a rule
Version
Change a rule and change this line too. It
travels with every signature, so an old one still says what that guest agreed
to rather than what you changed it to afterwards.
The actual bikes
These are the ones on your fleet board. The colour and the plate
are how you tell two red Clicks apart in the yard.

Orders to WhatsApp
Let guests send orders
Guests tap + on dishes and send the order to your WhatsApp with
the table number on it. Turn it off and the page is a menu only.
Run out of something? Tap ∅ on the dish. In the
preview it goes grey at once. On the menu guests are holding, it changes when
the file is sent and published — until then they can still order it. Better
than deleting the dish, because tomorrow you tap it back.
Line at the end of every order
Button when nothing is ordered
These are example
orders, so you can see what the page does. On your own, they are real,
they come from your own sheet, and they are locked behind four digits only
you know.
Your numbers
Locked, because this is what your place took. Type the four
digits you set when you made the sheet.
